15 November 2006:

I guess its apparent that this community has been lacking lately, mostly due to the Admins being busy with other things in their lives. Blue and I decided its time to rectify this situation. I will be adding the template Blue came up with to the gallery in the very near future, this hopefully, will prevent people from favoriting your works in our gallery instead of your own. I also decided to forgo the Monthly Featured Deviation Contest and just picked the featured deviation by Alphabetical Title for the time being... This contest will be reinstated once we work the bugs out of our Voting / Judging system.

Also, we have decided to add a new contest... This contest wont just ask for new submissions (however, as with any contest, you need to submit your work for it to be eligble), but rather work to stir your creativity... which is a good thing for any artist.

Dont forget about the Brickfilms Community... we arent gone and very soon will be back in full swing.

21st October 2006:

To say that it's been a bit quiet around here for the past couple of months is an understatement. I can't comment on when the backlog of submissions will be cleared, although I suspect Joe hasn't had the time. In which I think we might need some extra hands to help out.

On the other hand I've finished a simple preview template for deviations. Hopefully this will stop misplaced favs because people will have to go to the original in order to see it. Instructions are in the .psd file, which can be downloaded at [link]

Also, can I remind people to send in notes if they wish to join?

Ok, shoot me. I keep forgetting to sort out the faving problem, but I will get onto it. Promise! I'm unsure whether there are pending submissions, but if you wouldn't mind holding off for the time being while I get this image preview sorted. Thank you.
